The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Willshire takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Lawrence fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Willshire, pushing him back against the cage.
Lawrence escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Lawrence chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Willshire takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Willshire feints and as Lawrence raises his hands in defense, Willshire changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Willshire stands up over his opponent, looking to dive in with a big punch. Here he comes, superman style! Oh, the punch misses and Lawrence has got him in a triangle choke for good measure! Oh no! Willshire manages to get his head free but now Lawrence has transitioned to an armbar! Willshire grimaces and is forced to tap! Beautiful Jiu Jitsu from Lawrence! I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!
