The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sobota lands with a right hand.

It looks like Junior Dos Santos has been cut.
Sobota changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Dos Santos is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Sobota connects with a nice looking jab.
A big left from Sobota misses.
Dos Santos shoots in looking for a takedown. Sobota tries to sprawl out of it but Dos Santos keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Sobota manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Leszek Sobota has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Junior Dos Santos.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Sobota feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Dos Santos sprawling to the canvas! Dos Santos rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Sobota finish him?!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

In his post fight interview, Leszek Sobota started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
