The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kristo stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Kristo wants it to stay on the feet.
Kristo has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Jahr is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Kristo leaves Jahr with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Kristo wants to counter with a clinch but Jahr pushes him away.
Jahr just misses with a punch to the body.
