Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dude Yu (ranked 2573 p4p, 251 weight class) and Johnny Cage (ranked 2736 p4p, 258 weight class). Cage has chosen Walk - Pantera as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yu moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Cage pushes Yu up against the ropes in a clinch.
Cage is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the ropes.
Cage breaks the clinch.
Cage misses with a head kick.
Yu lands with a straight right. Cage didn't see that one coming.
Yu just misses with a punch to the body.
Despite the aggression on Cage's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Yu swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Johnny Cage seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Yu makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Cage looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Yu fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Cage manages to avoid it.
We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Cage in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off.

Yu takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Yu throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Yu tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Cage was well out of range. Poor timing from Yu.
