Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Josh Kovaschic!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Ian Loll and Dillan Fox.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eli is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Eli shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Kovaschic as he avoids it easily.

Eli seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Kovaschic for as long as he can get away with.

It looks like Kovaschic might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Kovaschic is keen to just control but Eli is a slippery customer.

Kovaschic throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Eli stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Kovaschic changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Eli looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Eli wants to get back to his feet but Kovaschic is dominant here and he's now got Eli's back!
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Well Kovaschic has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
