Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lucic scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Baby is pressing down on Lucic's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Lucic stays in close to Baby's body and controls the position.
Lucic postures up and lands a big shot to Baby's brow.

Lucic stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Baby swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Baby has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Lucic can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Lucic accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Good leg kick by Baby there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Lucic closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Baby to the mat! Baby manages to get full guard.

Lucic is working Baby over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Baby can't keep his opponent in guard - Lucic advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Baby is working an open guard so Lucic takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

Lucic has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Baby clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Baby can't escape the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Lucic is trying to stick to Baby's back but Baby is turning into Lucic. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Lucic's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Baby.
Lucic wants to get back to his feet but Baby is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Baby looking to sit in guard and control but Lucic gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Baby slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Lucic shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Lucic was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Baby has found himself in a tricky position here. He's been working his transitions in training so let's see if he can work his way out of it.
