The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carsara is looking to clinch but Paddy is avoiding it.

Paddy throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Carsara tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Paddy is in Carsara's guard.
Paddy slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Paddy won't allow Carsara to sweep him here.
Paddy passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Paddy trying to control the position but Carsara is working away.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Paddy is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Carsara looks calm but he's in trouble here. Paddy gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Carsara is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Paddy lets go of the hold and Carsara can pop his arm back in it's socket.

Max Paddy decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
