The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Sam Margolis and Richard Clark.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Steve throws a shot from downtown. Jones moves away and avoids it.
Steve throws out a loose jab but Jones uses good head movement to avoid it.
Steve throws a body shot but no joy.

Steve has managed to clinch.
Jones misses with a punch on the inside.
Steve's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

It looks like Chris Steve has been cut.
Steve can't find room to land a body shot as Jones controls the action.
Steve lands a nice elbow.
Steve misses with a shot to the kidneys.
A nice left hand lands by Jones.
Steve lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Jones misses with a punch to the body.
Steve lands a body shot in the clinch.
Jones is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Steve is defending well.
A body shot lands from Steve.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Steve.

It looks like Luther Jones has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Jones avoids the elbow strike from Steve, against the cage.
Jones is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Jones dodges an elbow strike from Steve.
Jones is looking to take this one to the mat.
Chris Steve has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Luther Jones.
Steve digs a right hand underneath Jones's ribcage. Jones let out a lung full of air as it connected.

That has opened up Luther Jones's cut even more.

Steve comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.

The cut above Luther Jones's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Steve gets underhooks to prevent Jones's takedown attempt.
Steve pushes Jones back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Jones takes an elbow to the temple.
Jones takes an elbow to the forehead.

Luther Jones's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

Steve creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Jones's defenses.

A relieved looking Chris Steve thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
