Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Anthony Taglia and Steve Montenegro.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jyrkka tries to close the distance and clinch up but Freeman swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Freeman rushes Jyrkka and presses him up against the cage.

Freeman breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Jyrkka looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Freeman clinches up against the cage.

Freeman escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Jyrkka shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Freeman's guard.
Jyrkka is fighting to break Freeman's control of his arms but Freeman is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Freeman has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Jyrkka is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.

Freeman pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

A looping hook to the body misses from Jyrkka. Freeman does a little dance to reset his feet.
Freeman appears to be looking for a big counter.
Jyrkka is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Freeman misses with a head kick.
Freeman lands a lovely overhand right.
Freeman stuffs the takedown.

Freeman pushes Jyrkka up against the cage in a clinch.

Jyrkka ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Jyrkka no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Jyrkka is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Jyrkka wants to sweep here but Freeman controlling him for the moment.

Jyrkka isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Freeman stacks Jyrkka on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Freeman!

Jyrkka tries to strike from the bottom but misses.

Freeman is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Jyrkka is trying to escape and Freeman transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Jyrkka is forced to tap! Nice work there by Freeman! Very nice indeed!
