Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Misha Collins (ranked 277 p4p, 35 weight class) and Josh Cook (ranked 869 p4p, 106 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 24 - 18 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Misha Collins!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Josh Cook!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Sam Margolis and Steven Brown.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Collins throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Cook sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Collins wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Cook jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Cook has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Cook gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Cook throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Collins sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Cook takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Misha Collins seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Collins goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Cook is on top in guard.

Cook is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Collins's shoulder. That is not cool.
