The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
DaSystem swings for the body but FiereFist moves out of range.
FiereFist looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!

DaSystem gets in close and instigates a clinch.
FiereFist wants to get back to striking at distance but DaSystem won't allow it.
I was talking to FiereFist's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
DaSystem lands with a left to the head.

DaSystem turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and DaSystem manages to end up in side control.
The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
DaSystem works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
DaSystem wants to control but FiereFist is keeping him busy.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
DaSystem scoring with punches from side control.
FiereFist is working to avoid the ground and pound but DaSystem connects with a decent elbow.
You can see the frustration on FiereFist's face as DaSystem controls the position.

DaSystem decides to take the fight back to the feet.
A combination from FiereFist does no damage.
DaSystem throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
FiereFist takes a kick to the side of the head.

Oh FiereFist is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

DaSystem moves into the clinch.

DaSystem pulls guard successfully.
DaSystem wants to stand but FiereFist is controlling the position.
DaSystem tries to land a sweep but no joy.
DaSystem wants to get back to his feet but FiereFist is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

DaSystem manages to escape and get back to his feet.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
DaSystem throws a one two combo.
It's a brutal combination of punches from DaSystem! FiereFist is backing up but he can't get away as DaSystem lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops FiereFist and ends the fight. Great knockout.
