Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Nathanial Mcconnell!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Marco Kil Em All!
The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Reed Andrews and John Kavanagh.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mcconnell does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Kil Em All goes for a double leg but Mcconnell avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Mcconnell continues to drive forward.
Mcconnell could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Mcconnell tries a head kick but it misses.
Mcconnell displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Kil Em All.
Mcconnell throws a counter high kick but Kil Em All was just alert enough to avoid it.

Kil Em All gets caught napping as Mcconnell dives in and scores a takedown. Kil Em All manages to retain guard.

Kil Em All closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Nathanial Mcconnell has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Marco Kil Em All.

Mcconnell escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Mcconnell misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Mcconnell tries for a takedown but Kil Em All sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

A close round but Marco Kil Em All will probably get the nod.

Mcconnell lands a few punches from side control.
Kil Em All throws an elbow to the body but it doesn't land.
Mcconnell remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Mcconnell is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Kil Em All is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Mcconnell slips a nice elbow through Kil Em All's hands, connecting with Kil Em All's forehead.
Kil Em All is looking to escape.
Kil Em All is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Kil Em All throws a left and a right that both miss
and Mcconnell makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Kil Em All really felt that one!
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Kil Em All shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Mcconnell eats them both and turns towards Kil Em All to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Kil Em All dives in for a single leg takedown but Mcconnell sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!



Mcconnell closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Kil Em All quickly recovers to half guard.
Kil Em All tries to kick Mcconnell off in order to stand up. Mcconnell Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.
Mcconnell wants to lay and pray for a moment but Kil Em All keeps working.
Mcconnell wants to take a breather but Kil Em All manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for Mcconnell.

Mcconnell has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Kil Em All is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Mcconnell is aware though and is defending well.

Mcconnell working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Kil Em All doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Kil Em All manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Mcconnell had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Kil Em All defends it easily.

Mcconnell postures up in Kil Em All's guard and throws a big left but Kil Em All blocks it.

Mcconnell makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Kil Em All lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Mcconnell has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Kil Em All is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Kil Em All just misses with a elbow thrown towards Mcconnell's brow.

Kil Em All tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Mcconnell smiles and moves away.
Kil Em All shoots in but Mcconnell avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Mcconnell lifts his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.

And that's the end of the fight!
Nathanial Mcconnell showed his dominance in that final round.
I think Mcconnell has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
