Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ed ONeill (ranked 837 p4p, 106 weight class) and William Wallace (ranked 1314 p4p, 171 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Ed ONeill!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 21 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, William Wallace!
The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Colin Fray and Roger Salmon.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
ONeill misses with a takedown attempt
and Wallace counters with a stiff right hand.

ONeill closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Wallace to the mat! Wallace manages to get full guard.

ONeill is really struggling to control Wallace but he's trying to hold on to the position.
ONeill wants to pass the guard but Wallace is keeping the position.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

ONeill shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. ONeill showed some decent athleticism there.
ONeill takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Wallace is trying to maintain the position but ONeill is very close to passing his half guard.

ONeill wants to lay and pray for a moment but Wallace keeps working.

ONeill is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Wallace still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Wallace has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!

William Wallace showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

I would just about give that final round to William Wallace.
