Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 wins, 2 losses and 0 draws, fighting out of Las Vegas, Morris Day!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Andrew Berry and James Atkins.



The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Day fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
We've been told by Bak's head coaches at JAG Battle Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Day.

Day shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Day scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Day not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Bak wants to control but Day is keeping busy.
Day working over Bak with some ground and pound. Bak looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.

Day landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Day wants to take a breather but Bak is having none of it.

Bak is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Oh Bak is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Day wants to work for an arm triangle but Bak is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Day connects with a nice short shot to Bak's temple.
Day lands a big elbow - Bak is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Day!
