Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Daniel King!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Paul Joseph Watson!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, James Ackerman and Colin Fotheringham.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Watson takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Watson jabs at King's body.
Watson throws a left and a right that both miss
and King counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
King misses the jab.
King throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Watson cracks a nice hook into King's ribs.
King throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Watson counters with a nice body shot.
King throws a poor cross that misses

and Watson counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for King!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Watson is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but King is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Watson wants to control but King is keeping him busy.
King tries to get back to half guard but can't.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Watson tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Watson has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Watson is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but King is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
King tries to bench press Watson off him but Watson keeps the position.

Watson tries for a kimura but King is defending well.
Watson content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.

Watson is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. King is trying to escape and Watson transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and King is forced to tap! Nice work there by Watson! Very nice indeed!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Paul Joseph Watson!
In his post fight interview, Paul Joseph Watson started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
