The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
MacArthur Jnr avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
MacArthur Jnr throwing a counter right hand but Andersson manages to avoid it.
Andersson misses the shot to the body.
MacArthur Jnr was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
MacArthur Jnr stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Andersson.
That kick from MacArthur Jnr tenderised Andersson's leg. Andersson is trying to keep his angry face on.
Andersson throws a poor cross that misses
and MacArthur Jnr counters with an inside leg kick.
Andersson takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Andersson connects with a good right hand that stumbles MacArthur Jnr. MacArthur Jnr circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Andersson lands with an uppercut that bounces MacArthur Jnr off the cage and back into range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from MacArthur Jnr - that will leave a mark!

MacArthur Jnr fakes the leg kick and cracks Andersson in the body.
Andersson looks winded!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Andersson takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

MacArthur Jnr feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Andersson sprawling to the canvas! Andersson rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can MacArthur Jnr finish him?!

Andersson is rocked!
MacArthur Jnr and Andersson are patiently standing in front of each other looking for an opening. MacArthur Jnr throws a head kick. It's landed, knocking Andersson into next week! Ooooh that was huge! MacArthur Jnr knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.

Robert MacArthur Jnr was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
