Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Draughn Diego (ranked 1932 p4p, 41 weight class) and Sarmat Tigiev (ranked 4598 p4p, 96 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sarmat Tigiev!
The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Felipe Paraventi and Seu Braga.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diego ducks under a wild hook from Tigiev.
An attempted straight right counter from Diego misses the target.
Tigiev lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Diego lands a really nice looking cross but Tigiev seems unphased.
Diego looks to land a combination. Tigiev sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
A punch lands to the side of Tigiev 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Tigiev throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Diego fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Tigiev has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Tigiev connects with a jab.
Tigiev swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Diego counters with a good, hard body kick but Tigiev shrugs it off.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Tigiev throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Diego sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Diego is looking for a counter combo.
Tigiev throws a body shot but no joy.
Tigiev misses with a lunging right hand
and Diego counters with a stiff right hand.
Diego misses with a wild body shot.
A good leg kick by Diego.
Diego misses with a head kick.
Tigiev pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Diego wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Tigiev throws a nice looking combination but Diego bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Tigiev takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Diego slips a jab from Tigiev.
A jab lands there for Diego.
Diego lands a slapping body shot.

Diego cracks Tigiev with a left hand that drops him to the canvas, up against the ropes! Can Tigiev get back up in time? 3, 4, 5, 6, 7... he's on one knee... 8, 9... he's up! 'Walk towards me' says the referee. Tigiev looks steady enough to continue so we're going to continue!

Tigiev is rocked!
Diego has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Tigiev tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Tigiev just misses with a punch to the body.
Diego is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Tigiev throws a looping overhand right but Diego ducks down to avoid it.

Diego catches his opponent with a big hook that sends him to the canvas! Tigiev stumbles back to his feet but will the referee allow it to continue? Tigiev walks forwards and this one will be allowed to continue! Come on!
Tigiev is still on wobbly legs! Can Diego finish him?
Diego feints with a left and delivers a massive head kick! Tigiev collapses like a ragdoll! Game over!
