Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Totoy Inday!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jesus Joseph!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Cecil Peabody and Frank Dennis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Joseph shoots and misses
and Inday counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Joseph clinches up with Inday and pushes him back against the cage.
Joseph lands a nice shot to the body.

Inday pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Joseph feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Joseph not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Inday is looking to stand up but Joseph isn't so interested in that idea.

Inday trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.

Joseph stands up and waves to Inday to follow him.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Joseph blocks a body shot from Inday.

Joseph lands a takedown into guard.

Inday manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.
Joseph misses with a shot to the kidneys.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Joseph goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Inday is working Joseph over against the cage.
Joseph has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Joseph works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Joseph will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Inday up against the cage.
Joseph is pressed up against the cage. Inday has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Joseph down to the mat. Joseph avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Joseph tries to close the distance and clinch but Inday swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Inday misses with a punch to the body.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jesus Joseph dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.


Inday wants to clinch up but Joseph keeps it at a distance.
Joseph tries to clinch there but Inday circles away.
Inday tries to counter with a takedown but Joseph is quick to defend against it.

and Inday counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Inday lands a nice looking body shot.

Horrible takedown attempt by Joseph or perhaps it was just good defense by Inday, which made it look bad.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Inday misses with a hook to the ribs.
Inday lands a body shot in the clinch.

Joseph goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

Joseph tries to score a body lock takedown but Inday shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Totoy Inday has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jesus Joseph.

Joseph drives through and clinches with Inday against the cage.

Joseph doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Inday misses with a hook to the ribs.

Inday misses with a body punch.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!


Joseph circles away from the clinch attempt.
Joseph moves in looking to clinch but Inday pushes him off.

Joseph tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Inday avoids it.
Jesus Joseph seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far.

Joseph has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Inday after a bit of a struggle.

Joseph tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Joseph breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Inday fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Joseph, pushing him back against the cage.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Inday landing knees to the body.
Inday working hard to break the clinch.
Joseph tries to land knees in the clinch but Inday avoids the damage to the body.

Joseph lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Joseph misses with a body punch.
Inday blocks a body shot from Joseph.
Joseph can't find room to land a body shot as Inday controls the action.
Joseph tries to work over Inday's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Joseph gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Inday.

Joseph misses with a punch to the body.
Inday tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Joseph's elbow.
Inday goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Inday misses with a shot to the kidneys.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Inday tries to throw a body punch but Joseph avoids it by throwing Inday back against the cage.

Joseph tightens his grip and picks Inday up, before dumping him to the ground. Inday manages to land in guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Inday wants to stand but Joseph is controlling the position.
Joseph engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.

Inday has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Joseph off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

And that's the end of the fight!
I would just about give that final round to Jesus Joseph.
I think Joseph has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
