And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Eliza Hachem and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pontes misses with the combination.
Nice uppercut lands for Pontes. That snapped Tennant's head back.
It looks like Doctor Tennant has been cut.
Pontes changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Tennant bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Pontes digs a good hook to Tennant's body.
Tennant just misses with a punch to the body.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Pontes! But no joy.
Pontes cracks Tennant's jaw with two stiff jabs then ducks low and throws a soul-severing right uppercut to the mouth!! Tennant slumps to the ground with blood on his lips. The referee steps in before Pontes can do further damage! This one is done, son!

After winning the bout, Nuno Pontes thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
