Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Julio Cruzeiro (ranked 1705 p4p, 214 weight class) and Robin Olsen (ranked 1201 p4p, 158 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Cruzeiro might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Linval Thompson - Jah Jah The Conqueror. Robin Olsen has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Julio Cruzeiro's chin.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Robin Olsen!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Andrew Berry and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Olsen has taken the fight to the clinch.
Olsen looking for a takedown.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Cruzeiro.
Cruzeiro works on Olsen's body with a couple of short punches.
Olsen's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Olsen has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Cruzeiro gets underhooks to prevent Olsen's takedown attempt.
Cruzeiro works on Olsen's body with a couple of short punches.
Olsen is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Julio Cruzeiro has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Robin Olsen.

Cruzeiro stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.

Olsen tries for a takedown but Cruzeiro manages to get underhooks.
Cruzeiro breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Olsen moves forwards but Cruzeiro connects with a nice, crisp jab.
It looks like Robin Olsen has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Cruzeiro thuds his shin into the meat of Olsen's side.
Olsen walks into a stiff left hand from Cruzeiro.
Cruzeiro's jab looks to have found its range, popping Olsen under the eye.

Cruzeiro scores with a leg kick.
Olsen doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Cruzeiro counters with a crisp right hand that drops Olsen! Cruzeiro lets Olsen back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Olsen is rocked!
Cruzeiro thuds a left hand into Olsen's body.
Cruzeiro keeps Olsen at a distance using the push kick.
Olsen takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Nice body punch from Cruzeiro.
Cruzeiro sends Olsen crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Cruzeiro is motioning to the referee to let Olsen up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
That has opened up Robin Olsen's cut even more.
Cruzeiro lands a glancing blow to the side of Olsen's head.

Olsen stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Cruzeiro.
Cruzeiro bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Olsen's head backwards.
Olsen misses with a takedown
and Cruzeiro counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Cruzeiro cracks Olsen with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Olsen looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Cruzeiro finish him?
Cruzeiro with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Cruzeiro fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Olsen looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Cruzeiro tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Olsen is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Cruzeiro, as that shot connected.
Cruzeiro feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Olsen sprawling to the canvas! Olsen rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Cruzeiro finish him?!
Olsen is still on wobbly legs! Can Cruzeiro finish him?
The cut above Robin Olsen's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Cruzeiro throws a body shot but no joy.
Olsen is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.

and Cruzeiro counters with a crisp right that sends Olsen to the canvas! Cruzeiro follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
