The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Minaj moves away from the strike by Jia.
Minaj misses the jab.
Minaj closes the distance but Jia moves to the side
and Jia counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Jia throws a lazy right hand but Minaj sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Minaj! But no joy.
Jia scores with a shot to the body.
Jia definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Minaj ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Jia moves away.
Minaj misses with a hook. Jia ducked under it nicely.
Jia circles away from the clinch attempt.
Jia wants to clinch.
Jia throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Minaj takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Minaj will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Tracy Minaj seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Minaj scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Jia misses with a body shot.
Minaj takes a jab right on the kisser.
Minaj missing with a left hand there. Jia was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Jia swats away the attempt to clinch by Minaj.
Jia throws an overhand right that lands on Minaj's shoulder, as Minaj tries to avoid the shot.
Jia lands a head shot.
Nice uppercut lands for Jia. That snapped Minaj's head back.

Minaj is rocked!
Jia throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Minaj walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Minaj is still on wobbly legs! Can Jia finish him?
Minaj walks into a picture perfect straight right hand from Jia! He's gone down face first to the canvas, unconscious before he even hit the floor! Ohhhh. My. Goodness! That boys and girls was a beautiful knockout! Give that man a biscuit!

Cai Jia spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
