PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Motoso Angostura (ranked 1295 p4p, 72 weight class) and Santiago Junior (ranked 1583 p4p, 87 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Angostura might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Drug Lord. The crowd seem to be enjoying Junior's choice of entrance music: Been Had . Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Angostura scores with a kick to the body.
Angostura gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Junior catches Angostura with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Junior lands a jab to the head.

Angostura is rocked!
Angostura lands with a straight right. Junior didn't see that one coming.
Oh Angostura is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Junior missing with a left hand there. Angostura was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Junior throws a shot to the body.
Junior lunges in with a left hook that violently twists Angostura head around and knocks him out cold! Junior hops onto the ropes and yells out at the top of his lungs - Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaah! They're showing the replay on the big screens now; that was nasty! I hope one of the photographers got a good shot of it.

After the fight, Santiago Junior was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
