Kuwabara's entrance music is Kazuma Kuwabara Theme. A fine choice. Brown has chosen Lützenkirchen - German Kiss as his entrance music. The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Jonathan Paton and Chad Campbell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown blocks a jab.
Kuwabara lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Brown shoots in but Kuwabara avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Kuwabara gets caught flat footed, as Brown shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Brown postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Kuwabara has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Brown can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Brown has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Brown shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Kuwabara pinned against the cage. Kuwabara gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Kazuma Kuwabara has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jab Brown.

And Brown tries to counter it with a takedown but Kuwabara pushes his down on his head and steps out.
