Machava has chosen Mozambique National Anthem as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Matola Machava has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ivanov clinches up against the ropes.
Machava doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Ivanov blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Ivanov's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

Ivanov gets control of Machava's arms and successfully pulls guard. Ivanov will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Ivanov doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.

Machava is posturing up here but Ivanov has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Machava tries to roll out but it's too tight and Machava has to tap! Slick submission there by Ivanov!
