The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Amore has a takedown stuffed.
Amore shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Jones counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Jones thuds a left hand into Amore's body.
Jones really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Amore throws a sloppy head kick and Jones moves out of range easily.

Amore moves into the clinch successfully.
Jones is trying to pull guard but Amore has him pressed against the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jones jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Amore walks away with a smile on his face. Jones gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Amore closes the distance and pushes Jones back into the cage.
