Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sea Level Cain (ranked 1227 p4p, 152 weight class) and Yef Yew (ranked 1617 p4p, 203 weight class). Yef Yew has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 24 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Sea Level Cain!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 21 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Yef Yew!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Steven Brown and William Gold.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cain tries to clinch there but Yew circles away.
Yew avoids the head kick by Cain.
Yew swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Yew's coach down at London BALLS OF STEEL was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Yew's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Cain explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Cain throws a leg kick that is checked
and Yew connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Yew throws a jab when Cain was well out of range.
Cain wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.

and Yew counters with a thumping low kick.
Yew lands a nice leg kick that just misses Cain's sensitive parts.
Some bone on bone action there as Yew checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Cain misses with a hook to the body
and Cain takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Yew fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Cain.
Cain throws a chopping leg kick but Yew manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Yew feints and then cracks Cain's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Cain down.
Cain throws a head kick but Yew moves out of range.
Cain has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Fractal Kicks in the buildup to the fight.
Yew fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Cain tries a head kick but it misses.
A looping hook to the body misses from Yew. Cain does a little dance to reset his feet.
Yew looks to throw the jab but Cain is out of range.

Cain shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Yew scrambles and gets back to his feet.
The fight stays on the outside here - Cain looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Yew.
Cain pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Yew swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Cain ducks under a wild hook from Yew.
Yew pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Cain walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Sea Level Cain seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Cain wants to clinch up but Yew keeps it at a distance.
Cain tried to score with a low kick but Yew checks it.

and Yew cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Yew scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Cain is breathing heavily.
Yew takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

Yew comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Yef Yew is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Yew blocks a head kick by Cain.
Yew appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
A left lands for Yew.
Cain on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Yew jabs Cain to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Yew connects with a solid leg kick.
Cain misses with a series of wild punches.

Cain ducks right into an uppercut from Yew.
Yew lands with an overhand left.
Cain throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and Yew counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Cain throws a head kick that misses
and Yew counters with a nice uppercut.
Yew is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Cain had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Yew connects with an inside leg kick.
Cain looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

Cain is rocked!
Yew tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Cain was well out of range. Poor timing from Yew.
A little feinted left hand from Cain on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.

Yew feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Cain sprawling to the canvas! Cain rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Yew finish him?!
Oh Cain is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and Yew counters with a crisp right that sends Cain to the canvas! Yew follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
