Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kareem Clark (ranked 24543 p4p, 0 weight class) and Neil Peil (ranked 4851 p4p, 0 weight class). Neil Peil will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Kareem Clark!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Neil Peil!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Sam Margolis and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clark gets tackled into the cage by Peil. Peil maintains the clinch.
Peil manages to break the clinch.
Peil throws a head kick but Clark moves out of range.
Peil rushes Clark and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Clark looking to throw knees to the head but Peil is blocking nicely.
Peil with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Clark lands an elbow inside.
Clark misses with a short punch on the inside.
Clark keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Peil's efforts to push away.
Clark keeps control of Peil as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Peil is trying to maintain a safe position but Clark gets an underhook and turns Peil into the cage.
Peil misses with a knee to the head.
Peil wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Peil lands with a left to the head.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Clark.
A frustrated look appears on Peil's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Clark tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Peil taking a breather.
Clark blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Peil tries to break free but Clark pushes him back against the cage.
Clark takes a knee right on the jaw!
Peil is trying to break the clinch but Clark has him pressed against the cage.
Clark breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Peil fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Clark, pushing him back against the cage.
Clark really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Peil unloads a knee to the mid-section.
Peil has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Peil breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Clark throws a nice outside leg kick.
Peil clinches up against the cage.
Clark on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Clark ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Clark no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Peil would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Clark pulls Peil in close to prevent any damage.
Clark's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Peil wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Clark's closed guard. He's half up but Clark has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Clark pivots and extends the arm, Peil falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Clark! Well done that man!
