Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Titus Contreras (ranked 3695 p4p, 176 weight class) and Tommy Reed (ranked 3625 p4p, 172 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Reed's choice of entrance music: Tupac ft 50 Cent - Get Up Remix. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Nard Betker and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Contreras shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Reed on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Contreras connects with a nice short shot to Reed's temple.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Reed is pressing down on Contreras's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Reed keeping moving, preventing Contreras from controlling successfully.
Contreras wants to pass the guard but Reed is keeping the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Contreras has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Reed to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Contreras is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Reed pulls down on the head and he's put Contreras to sleep! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Tommy Reed!
