Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lars Bullock (ranked 4097 p4p, 323 weight class) and Rowan Bell (ranked 3437 p4p, 301 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Lars Bullock!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Rowan Bell!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Wagner Zegers and Saam Ante.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bullock shoots for a double leg takedown but Bell sprawls well. He's pushed Bullock's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Bell will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
No joy there for Bell, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Bullock is looking to clinch but Bell is avoiding it.

Bullock gets tackled into the cage by Bell. Bell maintains the clinch.
Bullock lands an elbow just above Bell 's eye.


It looks like Rowan Bell has been cut.
Bullock has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Bell avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Bullock lands a shot to the body.
Bell takes an elbow to the forehead.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bullock lands a right hand that snaps the head of Bell backwards.

Bell manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.

Bullock looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Bullock is trying to drag Bell to the mat but Bell just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Bullock turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Bullock manages to end up in side control.

Bell sneaks out the side door and pushes Bullock away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.

Bullock shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Bell is controlling Bullock's position as best he can from this difficult position.
Bell is looking to control Bullock's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Bell avoid being mounted?
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Lars Bullock will probably get the nod.
The cut man is working on Rowan Bell's cut.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Bullock shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Bell as he avoids it easily.
Bell throws a series of punches but Bullock moves out of range.
Bullock misses with a kick to the body.
Bell wants to slow Bullock down by chopping away at his legs.
Bullock tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bell swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Bell lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Bullock avoids a punch combination nicely.
Bell misses the shot to the body.
Bell thumps Bullock with a low kick.
Bell connects with a body shot.
Bullock misses with a double jab.
Bell unleashes a big counter combination but Bullock bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Bell throws a leg kick but Bullock moved away.
Bullock moves in looking to clinch but Bell pushes him off.
Bell feints a counter leg kick.

Bullock tries to close the distance and clinch but Bell swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Bullock forces Bell back against the cage and clinches.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bullock doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Bullock has Bell pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Bell manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Bullock pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Bell is trying to force a seperation but Bullock has the dominant position.

Rowan Bell showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!

Bell has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Bullock is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.
Bell has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Bullock has Bell pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Bullock pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Bell tumbling to the mat - Bullock dives into Bell's guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Bullock won't allow Bell to sweep him here.

Bullock looking to sit in guard and control but Bell gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Bell accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Bell passes easily into side control. Nice work.

Bell decides to stand back up. Bell steps back and let's Bullock get back to his feet.

Bullock thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Bell if he has to take too many more of those.

Bullock throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.

Rowan Bell comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Bell has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
