Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ruben Lavanatski!
The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Fedor Mirinova and Aleksei Zolotukhin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Brooks fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Lavanatski sprawls well initially but Brooks persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Brooks throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Lavanatski was covering up waiting for the punch and Brooks finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Brooks shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Lavanatski's guard.

Lavanatski lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

Lavanatski lands a big right hook! Brooks looks hurt but is still standing! Lavanatski lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Brooks falls down and Lavanatski dives in with a huge hammer fist! Brooks's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Lavanatski runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!
