Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nakki Fakiiri (ranked 596 p4p, 75 weight class) and Billy West (ranked 1838 p4p, 206 weight class). Fakiiri comes to the ring accompanied by Limp Bizkit- BREAK STUFF. West has chosen Gojira - Shooting Star as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Arvi Lind and Tarja Halkonen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
West keeps the fight on the outside.

West shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Fakiiri's guard.
Fakiiri wants to get back to his feet but West is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Fakiiri keeping moving, preventing West from controlling successfully.
West tries to stand but Fakiiri is controlling from the bottom.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

It seemed like West was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

West shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Fakiiri but Fakiiri pushes him off and we're back to square one.

West moves into the clinch successfully.

Fakiiri lands a hook that snaps the head of West backwards.
West is trying to drag Fakiiri to the mat but Fakiiri just about manages to keep his footing. He used the ropes to his advantage there.
Nakki Fakiiri has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Billy West.
Fakiiri is leaning against West and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
Fakiiri misses with a shot to the kidneys.
West wants a takedown but no success here.

Still in the clinch, Fakiiri scores with a nice short uppercut.
Fakiiri gets through West's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

West throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Fakiiri was covering up waiting for the punch and West finishes the takedown easily into guard.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Fakiiri gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows West to score an easy takedown into full guard.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

That was a close second round but I would say that Nakki Fakiiri will probably get the nod.

Fakiiri lands a big head kick that sends West tumbling to the mat! Fakiiri takes a step backwards and waves West back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Billy West has been cut.
West fails with a takedown attempt from distance.

West gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Fakiiri points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. West wakes up just in time to hear Fakiiri thank his coaches in the post fight interview.

A relieved looking Nakki Fakiiri thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
