Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Katuro Tisoaka (ranked 2843 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rascal Donkashane (ranked 2551 p4p, 0 weight class). Tisoaka's entrance music is Festivo. A fine choice. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tisoaka instigates a clinch.

Tisoaka has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Donkashane regains guard immediately.

Tisoaka got a little sloppy there for a moment and Donkashane has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Tisoaka has managed to get both his arms back between Donkashane's legs - danger averted.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Tisoaka dives in and grabs Donkashane's left leg, looking for a takedown. Donkashane pushes down on Tisoaka's head and hops out.
It seemed like Donkashane was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Tisoaka shoots in for a takedown but Donkashane shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Tisoaka throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Donkashane was covering up waiting for the punch and Tisoaka finishes the takedown easily into guard.
