Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jackie Li!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sue tries to clinch up but Li circles away and keeps his distance.
Sue keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Sue was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.

Li decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Sue is looking to escape.
Li controlling the pace.
Sue tries to kick Li off but Li keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Li throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.

Li is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Li looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

Li wants to pass to mount but Sue is defending the position.

Li is looking for a kimura but Sue is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Li to get the leverage.
Sue is looking to escape.
Li perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Li not landing any meaningful shots this time.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Li throwing shots but Sue is blocking nicely.

Li is working for a submission of some sort.
Li wants to free his trapped foot but Sue is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Li is taking a breather. Sue says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Li passes to side control.
Li tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.

Sue trying to remain calm as Li controls from the top position.
Sue tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops.
Sue knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Li on the ground.

Sue defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Li's arms.

Li is working the back position looking for the choke. Oh, he's slid into an armbar! Beautiful transition and Sue taps out! Fantastic Jiu Jitsu from Li.
