The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gensen misses with the body kick

and Joyce counters with a nice double leg into guard.

Joyce stands up from Gensen's guard - Joyce perhaps looking for a knockout.
Gensen shoots in looking for a takedown but Joyce manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Gensen's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
