Coming up we have a middleweight kickboxing rules bout between Pedro Scherer (ranked 5792 p4p, 451 weight class) and Chuck Lee (ranked 7186 p4p, 488 weight class). Lee is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Titties and Coke "subliminal messages". Chuck Lee is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Daniel Cesar and Luis Engracia.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Scherer feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Lees jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Scherer is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Lee clips Scherer with a right and a left that makes him do the chicken dance for a couple of seconds. He touched his left hand down on the canvas so the referee steps between the fighters to give Scherer a standing 8 count before we can continue the bout.


It looks like Pedro Scherer has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Pedro Scherer.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Scherer, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
