Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Anton Shibaev (ranked 828 p4p, 107 weight class) and George Lambton (ranked 946 p4p, 123 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Shibaev shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Lambton's guard.
Lambton pushes Shibaev off and scrambles back to his feet.

Shibaev looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Shibaev throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Lambton was covering up waiting for the punch and Shibaev finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Lambton really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Shibaev. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Lambton can do anything to dispel that myth.
