These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lacplesis closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the ropes.
Anderson breaks from the clinch.
Lacplesis misses with an uppercut.
Lacplesis bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Anderson's head backwards.
Lacplesis shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Anderson takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Humors Lacplesis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lacplesis drops Anderson with a beautiful combination! Anderson stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Lacplesis is looking for the KO!
