Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rocket Bob Frankels (ranked 322 p4p, 18 weight class) and Super Meat Boy (ranked 299 p4p, 16 weight class). Frankels comes to the cage accompanied by Dawn....Summer Solstice... . These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
34 - 11 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rocket Bob Frankels!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
17 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Super Meat Boy!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, James Glass and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A right-left combo lands from Frankels.
It looks like Super Meat Boy has been cut.
A big left from Frankels misses.
Meat Boy follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land.
Meat Boy steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Frankels.
Meat Boy throws out a counter right but Frankels avoids it with no problem.
Frankels swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Meat Boy! But no joy.
Frankels lands a nice hook to Meat Boy's body. Meat Boy takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Frankels connects with the punch.
Rocket Bob Frankels seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Frankels throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Frankels throws a hook but Meat Boy avoids it easily.
Frankels connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
That has opened up Super Meat Boy's cut even more.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Frankels drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Meat Boy right on the button. Meat Boy goes down! Frankels follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Frankels gets the win via TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Rocket Bob Frankels!
A relieved looking Rocket Bob Frankels thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
