Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Gerardo Pacheco (ranked 155 p4p, 22 weight class) and Hillary Trump (ranked 207 p4p, 27 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Trump gets tackled into the cage by Pacheco. Pacheco maintains the clinch.
Trump lands a left hand that snaps the head of Pacheco backwards.
Trump throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Pacheco blocks it with crossed arms.

Pacheco tries to work over Trump's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Pacheco jumps guard but Trump stands there with Pacheco around his waist. Pacheco gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Our sources have told us that Pacheco has been working on his elbows in the gym.

Pacheco tightens his grip and picks Trump up, before dumping him to the ground. Trump manages to land in guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Pacheco postures up in Trump's guard and throws a big left but Trump blocks it.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Pacheco accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Trump utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Trump controls Pacheco momentarily but Pacheco frees himself.
Trump is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Pacheco stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Trump swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
