The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rodgers shoots in and drives through. Aliakbari sprawls well.
Aliakbari looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Rodgers closes the distance but Aliakbari moves to the side
and Aliakbari counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Rodgers can't keep his opponent in guard - Aliakbari advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
