Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Zimerna Gensen!
The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Edson Gomes and Seu Braga.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hoover drops his hands momentarily and Gensen takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Gensen throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Hoover was covering up waiting for the punch and Gensen finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Hoover scrambles and gets back to his feet.

Gensen tries to keep at a distance but Hoover has taken the fight into the clinch.

Hoover has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Gensen is trying to keep an underhook but Hoover manages to get the takedown into half guard.
Gensen is trying to escape back to his feet but Hoover uses the scramble to pass into side control.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Gensen is trying to escape the position but Hoover is controlling the position.
Gensen can't do much from the bottom here.

Hoover has hold of Gensen's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Gensen seems comfortable defending it but Hoover has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Gensen is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Gensen is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Hoover couldn't care less - he's delighted!
