Coming up we have a middleweight kickboxing rules bout between Antero Vuori (ranked 2143 p4p, 239 weight class) and Nick Good (ranked 23023 p4p, 505 weight class). Nick Good has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Vuori lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Vuori scores with a sloppy right hand. Good should have avoided that one.
Vuori tries to clinch there but Good circles away.
Vuori has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Vuori there as he acknowledges the shot.
Vuori lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

Good gets tackled into the ropes by Vuori. Vuori maintains the clinch.

Vuori has been working on his boxing with his coaches at K.O Heaven in the buildup to the fight.

Good leg kick by Good there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Vuori's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Good swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Good tests Vuori's chin there with a solid looking shot.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Vuori crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Good - the referee stops the clock and Vuori gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Good. Vuori manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Good throws a leg kick which misses Vuori's front leg but catches the back leg as Vuori tries to avoid it.

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

That was a close round but I would say that Antero Vuori will probably get the nod.

Good's coach down at Pablo's Boxing Academy was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Good's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Good throws out a loose jab but Vuori uses good head movement to avoid it.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

That was a close second round but I would say that Antero Vuori will probably get the nod.

Good connects with a quick right hand that sends Vuori tumbling backwards onto the canvas! As his head bounces into the ropes, it doesn't look good for him beating the count! 3,4,5,6,7 and he's up! No, he's back down again! This one is all over - the referee has called off the fight!

After winning the bout, Nick Good thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
