The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kneeshaw lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Kneeshaw tried to score with a low kick but Garrett checks it.
Kneeshaw moves out of range of the strikes.
Garrett could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Kneeshaw tries to close the distance and clinch but Garrett swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Garrett is looking for a counter combo.
Garrett checks a low kick from Kneeshaw.
Garrett misses with the combination.
Garrett sets himself, and Kneeshaw steps forward looking for the clinch! Garrett avoids it this time.

Kneeshaw jerks Garrett's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Garrett drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Kneeshaw goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Kneeshaw because Garrett was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.
