Borodin cracks Gumption with an uppercut from hell and Gumption crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Borodin's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!

Gumption wants to sweep here but Borodin controlling him for the moment.

My spies in Rio Fight Academy inform me that Borodin has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!

Gumption is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Borodin doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Gumption crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Gumption's bad books for that mishap!

A relieved looking Aleksey Borodin thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
In defeat, Bubba Gumption stepped up to the mic, saying 'My shrimp have failed me. Time to move on to lobster?'.
