Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Temujin Lee (ranked 2180 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bosco Iwoba (ranked 2603 p4p, 0 weight class). Iwoba has chosen Hercules* as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
22 - 8 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Temujin Lee!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

24 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bosco Iwoba!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Stewart Dunkirk and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Iwoba clinches up against the cage.
Lee manages to break the clinch.
Lee looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Lee enables Iwoba to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Lee manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Lee is adopting a defensive guard.
Iwoba tries to free his leg and advance position but Lee is retaining full guard.
Lee looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
Lee's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Iwoba wants to pass to mount but Lee is defending the position.

Iwoba wants to control the pace but Lee is squirming around nicely.
Iwoba takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Iwoba tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Iwoba is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Lee can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Iwoba wants to control but Lee has made it back to half guard. Nice work.

Bosco Iwoba showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
Iwoba fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Lee to the ground. Iwoba is now in Lee's guard.

Iwoba doesn't manage to clinch there - Lee circles away.
Lee lands a right hook to the body.
Lee slaps away a takedown attempt from Iwoba, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Iwoba misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Iwoba.
Temujin Lee has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bosco Iwoba.

Lee tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Iwoba tries to counter by closing the distance.
Iwoba shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Iwoba was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

Iwoba works to advance to full mount. Lee defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

Bosco Iwoba has got the better of the ground game so far.

Lee is squirming around, avoiding Iwoba's attempts to control the action.

I would just about give that final round to Bosco Iwoba.
I think Iwoba has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
