Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jon Horn (ranked 2853 p4p, 303 weight class) and Edwin Lucan (ranked 6189 p4p, 464 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lucan checks the leg kick.
Lucan shoots in looking for a takedown but Horn manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Lucan's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Lucan scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Horn has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Kaptajnernes Træningscenter in the buildup to the fight.

Lucan shoots in and bounces Horn off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Horn is looking to stand up but Lucan isn't so interested in that idea.
Lucan in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.

Horn wants to stand and escape but Lucan is having none of it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lucan postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Lucan prevents Horn from getting back to his feet.
Lucan working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Lucan is standing up over Horn. Horn looks to escape but Lucan dives into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Lucan has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Horn is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Lucan yanks on the arm and Horn is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Lucan.

A relieved looking Edwin Lucan thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
