Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Dannie Robles!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Kario Ray!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Colin Fotheringham and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ray throws a nice looking combination but Robles bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Robles appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
Robles rushes Ray and presses him up against the cage.
Robles unloads a knee to the mid-section.
Robles tries to pull guard but Ray won't allow it.
Robles tries for a takedown but Ray manages to get underhooks.
Robles is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Ray pulls him back up using the underhooks.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dannie Robles. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Robles tries to pull guard but Ray forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Robles lands an elbow inside that Ray shrugs off.
Ray pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ray pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Robles back to the cage. Ray follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Robles gets tackled into the cage by Ray. Ray maintains the clinch.
Robles jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Ray walks away with a smile on his face. Robles gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Ray throws a one two combo.
Robles drives through and clinches with Ray against the cage.
Ray is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Robles is looking to take this one to the mat.
Robles tries to pull guard but Ray won't allow it.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Robles as Ray tries to tie him up.
Robles changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Ray fights it off and pushes away nicely.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Robles feints a jab promting Ray to slip. Robles then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Ray slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Robles tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Ray manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Ray stalks Robles and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Robles's face. Robles staggers backwards, shaken.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Ray lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Robles is rocked!

It's a brutal combination of punches from Ray! Robles is backing up but he can't get away as Ray lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Robles and ends the fight. Great knockout.
