The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kim misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Kim gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Roy holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Kim tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Roy smiles and moves away.
Kim scores with a nice strike.
Kim moves in looking to clinch but Roy pushes him off.
Kim misses with a takedown attempt - Roy sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Matthew Roy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dae Seung Kim.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Roy jumps guard and drags Kim to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Roy has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Kim should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Roy has tightened it up now! Kim should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
