Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rhymin Slayin (ranked 1287 p4p, 176 weight class) and Harvey Dent (ranked 2015 p4p, 253 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rhymin Slayin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Harvey Dent!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Tiny Johnson and Wesley Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dent throws a sloppy body shot
enabling Slayin to counter with a crisp jab.
Slayin tests Dent's chin there with a solid looking shot.

It looks like Harvey Dent has been cut.
Slayin lands a head kick. Dent smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Dent throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Slayin connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Slayin throws a nice looking combination but Dent bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Slayin lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Slayin uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Dent has time to react.
Dent takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Slayin cracks Dent with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Dent does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Slayin darts in and clinches Dent up against the ropes.
Slayin lands with a short shot to the head.
Slayin putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Dent in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body.
Slayin using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Dent has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

That has opened up Harvey Dent's cut even more.

Dent has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Dent can't break the clinch.
Dent's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Slayin is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body.
Dent looks winded!
Slayin lands a right hand.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Slayin lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Slayin using the Thai clinch to land knees to the body.
Slayin is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Slayin lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Dent backwards.
Still in the clinch, Slayin scores with a nice short uppercut.

Dent is rocked!

Dent is still on wobbly legs! Can Slayin finish him?
Slayin throws 2 knees - Dent can't escape Slayin's clinch. As Dent tries to escape again Slayin whips his head left to meet with another knee! That's knocked out Dent's gum shield and as Dent falls to the floor, the referee steps in to end the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Knee). Rhymin Slayin!
In his post fight interview, Rhymin Slayin started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
