Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Rusty Bond!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Justin Time!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, James Atkins and Steven Brown.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Time shoots in but Bond avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Bond drives through and clinches with Time against the cage.
Bond just leaning against Time, taking a breather.
Bond really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Bond gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Time regains guard.
Time has control of Bond's left arm, preventing Bond from doing any damage.
Bond controlling from the top position.
Time is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bond trying to stand up but can't free himself from Time's guard.
Bond postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Bond won't allow Time to sweep him here.
Bond working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bond loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Bond decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Time, up you get!
Bond throws a head kick that misses.
A combination from Bond does no damage.
Time shoots in for a double leg but Bond sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
It looked like Bond was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Time shoots for a double leg takedown but Bond sprawls well. He's pushed Time's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Bond is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Rusty Bond has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Justin Time.
Bond defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Time.
Time shoots in looking for a takedown. Bond tries to sprawl out of it but Time keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Bond manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

A low kick from Bond is predictable there
and Time counters with a right hand to the body.
Time swats away the attempt to clinch by Bond.

Time clinches.

Bond pulls guard.
Bond trying to keep a closed guard but Time is proving a slippery customer.
Time trying to control the position from guard on top but Bond is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Bond throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Time prevents Bond from getting back to his feet.

Bond has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Time off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Bond tries to clinch but Time is having none of it.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Time takes the fight into the clinch.
Bond gets underhooks to prevent Time's takedown attempt.
Time goes for a takedown attempt but Bond pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Time looks winded!
Bond lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Time circles away quickly and effectively.
Time fails with a takedown attempt.

Bond moves into the clinch.
Bond tries to pull guard but Time forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Time landing some nice looking knees to the body.
Bond is trying to pull guard but Time turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Time tries to pull guard but Bond forces him back to his feet, against the cage.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Bond taking a break, stalling in the clinch.
Bond slowing the pace effectively.
Bond holding his opponent close, against the cage.

Bond pulls guard.
Bond will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Bond escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Time gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Time is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Time stopping the sweep attempt from Bond.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Time trying to control but Bond is working from the bottom.
Bond has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Bond is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Time frees his head nicely. Oh but Bond has switched to an armbar! Time is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
